The Witness

COnviction: a strong persuasion or belief (Merrier-Webster online dictionary definition)

After reading the play, 'The Witness', we understand that Marie has made a brave decision to report about Terry's involvement in the fight. By doing so, she had to face criticism, ostracisation and even threats over her life. It takes a lot of determination, serious contemplation and sacrifice to stand by one's convictions and beliefs.

What are your convictions and beliefs? What would you stand up for, regardless of what others may comment about you or your actions? Do share one of your convictions with us. Tell us what you strongly believe in and would stand up for and why.
